1. Positioning of Community Health in terms of national reform and Commonwealth opportunities
2. Role of Community Health – mix of investment across the health continuum (HBG/HRG)
3. Hospital demand management – best managed by Community Health or hospital? One model for all areas?
4. Governance of Community Health – one model fits all?
5. Relationships and interfaces – hospital, GP, community care, NGO, public health units, aged care, other State government services
6. Best bet investments within each HBG/HRG and life cycle group? Who is best placed to provide these?
7. Best bets for special need groups – ATSI, CALD, Rural/remote
8. Community Health information and information management
